Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP) Counseling

Assistance with benefit applications, including Medicaid-Medicare Savings Program. Additional assistance includes counseling, Medicare information and assistance, and Medicare enrollment assistance. Benefit Access Applications

Options Counseling

Assistance for older adults and caregivers through an independent decision support process to determine community-based care choices. Matter of Balance

This award-winning, evidence-based practice program is designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. WIAAA offers A Matter of Balance Program to older adults, 60 and older, who experience concerns about falling.

Living and Learning Educational Series

Provide free educational workshops held in the spring and fall. This series includes topics of interest for older adults, caregivers, and persons with disabilities.

Computer Lab

Help older adults gain knowledge and confidence in working with computers. The computer lab is open every Tuesday from 10:00am – 12:00pm.

Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP)

Empowers participants to prevent healthcare fraud. Staff and volunteers help participants with Medicare and Medicaid to:
PROTECT themselves from Medicare & Medicaid fraud, waste, and abuse
DETECT Medicare & Medicaid fraud, waste, and abuse
REPORT Medicare & Medicaid fraud, waste, and abuse
